Austin Taylor, JD, CES™

As in-house counsel for Foster Victor Wealth Advisors, Austin has a unique role within the firm. She focuses on issue-spotting for clients and the Foster Victor team on topics such as Estate Planning, Real Estate, Business Organization, Exit Planning, and Asset Protection. She works closely with clients’ outside counsel and accounting professionals, acting as a liaison between the firm, the client and other members of the clients’ team of trusted professionals. Additionally, Austin is a “legal translator” of sorts, assisting in clients’ understanding of the legal documents their lawyers craft, and helping them put the advice of their attorneys and accountants into action. Austin brings with her a broad range of legal knowledge and adds a level of oversight to the planning process to help ensure a cohesive and effective wealth plan.
